Birthday Girls
This week Charlotte and Rosa both had their birthdays. Happy 7th Birthday Girls!

| Rosa's birthday was today (Friday 27th June), she is having a party tomorrow! |

| Charlotte's birthday was on Sunday the 22nd of June. She went for a walk down to the river with her Nana. They got stuck in the mud! |
Story Time in Room 10
This week we have been learning about Narrative stories. We have been reading lots of traditional stories to find out about characters, settings and plots. Here are some of our best picks.

Counting and Skip Counting

Measuring Time
This week the children in Room 10 have been learning about 'equals'. We have been using balancing scales to help see when two things are equal or unequal in weight.

Super Hero Day

Oragami Instructions
We read some instructions for how to make an oragami paper container and then we made one. It was alot of fun.

Technology Challenge!
We had to follow a set of instructions to make a waka. We found the instructions in a school journal. They were very hard to follow. We had to improvise alot!
